About the Recipe
This is some good shrimp. It's not too hard and you do not have to be a seasoned chef to cook it. Bubba's Sweet Heat Hot Honey will spice up your meal or appetizers any time of the year.
One pound of peeled, deveined, and clean shrimp
1 Stick of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped, fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons of Bubba's Sweet Heat Hot Honey
2 Tablespoons of garlic, minced
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Clean, peel and devein the shrimp and pat it dry. Zest the lime before cutting it into wedges, set aside. Stem and chop up the cilantro (optional).
Using a large saucepan, melt your butter on medium to high heat before adding the minced garlic, the cilantro, Bubba's Sweet Heat, and mix everything together. Bring to a slow simmer and add the shrimp.
Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes before turning them over. Cook about 1 more minute, and then turn the heat off.
Divide the shrimp up and give out the lime wedges. Need some Bubba's Sweet Heat, then order here.
